School SEND Review
Conducting a SEND Review in your school can help to improve SEND provision and strategy, so that all pupils with SEND are appropriately supported to achieve their full potential. A one-day visit from our Director of SEND and trained SEND Reviewer will support you to complete a self-assessment, a face-to-face review of your graduated approach and to identify strengths and areas for development. At the end of the visit, you will be provided with a personalised report which sets out recommendations. Further support can be provided to write a SEND action plan and to implement recommendations.
Cost: £500
SENCo Coaching & Mentoring
Coaching and mentoring for new SENCos can be extremely helpful to support those who are currently engaging in the National SENCo Award/NPQ for SENCos or have done recently. A half-day or full-day visit of bespoke support from our Director of SEND can target specific areas of the graduated approach and provide models and scaffolds to enable the SENCo to confidently lead and manage SEND across the school.
Cost: £250 (half-day) or £500 (full-day)
SENCo Networks
Being part of a SENCo network can improve collaboration with other schools, keep your school up to date with wider SEND issues on a local and national level and enable the sharing of good practice. Our SENCo networks are led by our Director of SEND and focus upon group led agendas including the following: National and Local Updates, Leadership of SEND, Working with outside agencies and Meeting the needs of pupils with SEND. Our networks run as twilights each long term with a blended approach of both face to face and virtual meetings, held across two districts in local schools: South Holland and Bourne, Stamford and the Deepings.
